Just a short post tonight, with not many photos. Tonight I made incredibly yummy, totally bad for you, really easy chicken alfredo.
The sauce I used was this one. First cook and shred your chicken breast. I boiled mine because it’s quick and easy. Then mum shredded it with forks. While the chicken is cooking start your sauce, and put your pasta on to cook. Put the butter, cream cheese, and thickened cream in a saucepan over a medium heat. Stir until melted and combined. Add your spices and stir until the sauce thickens slightly. Add the parmesan cheese and stir until melted. By now your pasta should be ready so drain it and add it and the shredded chicken to the pot with your sauce. Stir until everything is evenly mixed through. Serve add start eating this deliciously decadent ‘sometimes’ food.
